Warn Industries interview questions

I was asked for an interview one month after applying for the role. The interview was with the entire HR team of six. It was unorganized with no set list of questions for interviewee. Due to the chaos, the meeting ended up lasting 2.5 hours. The interview did include a tour of the production facility. I was told they’d call to set up a second, shadow-style interview “because things went so great”. It’s been over two weeks of radio silence from them. I think it’s safe to assume: 1. They lied and it didn’t go great, and 2. I won’t be getting an offer. I’m disappointed they couldn’t bother to even send a rejection.

Called in for a panel interview with boss and two other people on the team. Boss was pleasant enough, other two had zero personality. Didn't feel rushed, though it was a total canned interview. Allowed me to ask questions and BS a little so they could at least see my personality.
