Warby Parker interview questions

Phone interview with recruiter, followed by a hiring manager interview. Then a take home assessment, and a panel round with the team and director. After that, an onsite interview and a final round with the founder, making it a lengthy six round process.

Interview process stared out with "get to know you" phone prescreen. Moved into a Zoom interview with area (pre District Manger.) Process was as expected. At area interview was that on of two regionals would reach out to me. That did not happen within the time frame I was given, I contacted the area manager again. I was the they were planning to email me and were looking to hire another candidate.
