The interview process had several stages. First, there was a written test related to technical knowledge. After that, an IQ/computer proficiency test was conducted. Candidates who passed were invited to the first interview with department managers. Finally, there was a second interview with the company heads through a Zoom meeting. Overall, the process was structured and focused on both technical ability and problem-solving skills.

The whole process is done in a single day. But it takes from morning till evening. So patience is must. The selection process consists of 3 steps. 1. Written 2. Technical Viva 3. Director Viva The written exam was rather easy, only simple and basic computer literacy were needed for that. Although all of the candidates are then referred to the technical viva. The technical viva was rather based on the technical knowledge required by the job. I was asked about my projects and my thesis. The selected candidates in this phase are then referred to the Director Viva. In this phase the HR and the Director of the company asks questions.
