Easy, personable, and quick. I applied via linkedin on a Thursday morning, received an email to set up an interview the same day, did a Zoom interview on the following Tuesday with two staff members, and received the offer letter on that Friday. The actual interview was really nice and low-pressure. I already felt at home and at ease.

Interview process was similar to an interrogation from the associates. Seems like they are just nit picking and more like and interview for the president. I would say, just be confident in how you are any stand your ground.
