Walter Tipper interview questions

Interviewer arrived 5 minutes late with no apology. The interview itself was extremely poor as the interviewer just read off a sheet and even decided to take a phone call off a family member in the middle of the interview to discuss some personal matter. I was also asked to undertake a forklift test which was completely out of the blue. I had no safety boots and wasn’t provided any PPE such as a vis and even when I stated that I had neither of these, they said it was fine and allowed me to walk through a long and busy yard with no health and safety in mind. I was told I would hear back off them within 2 weeks with a decision but after 4 weeks, I haven’t heard anything. After the experience I had, I wouldn’t have accepted anyway but the least I would have expected was some form of communication out of respect considering my time and travel costs for the on-site interview. Overall, very disappointing.
