Interview
After I applied I was contacted to set up a time for me to visit and interview. The interview itself ran all day. I met with everyone in the office and had one on ones with each of them throughout the day. It was pretty much both sides trying to see if we were a good fit for one another. Overall, it wasn't too stressful. I heard back about 1-2 weeks after the interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walter P. Moore and Associates
Interview
The interview Process was a lot different than other companies. I got to speak with all the principles in the office individually. I was also taken out to lunch. It was very eye opening. I learned a lot about the company, the work they do and their values. Even though the interview was very long and I talked to so many different people, no one asked the same questions and I got to learn about a wide variety of people’s experience and knowledge.
