Walsall Council interview questions

Interview was on teams, interview panel seemed really disinterested in the whole meeting. There was supposed to be an interview task but this never happened. I was asked questions not mentioned in the job description. The email explaining the interview was very vague and didn’t mention the legislation they wanted us to have knowledge on. When I was called to say I didn’t get the job I did ask for feedback why but the person said their system had froze and they couldn’t find any. Pretty deflating experience and I wouldn’t bother interviewing with this employer again.

The interview was difficult and was a 3 part interview, a written task, a panel interview and a young persons panel. There were role play parts also. The panel were nice and welcoming
