Just as they are screening you among all the other candidates to determine the best one for the job, you are screening them against other possible employers to determine if they, or another company, are better suited as a place for you to hang your shingle and give key parts of your self and life.
Very easy and relaxed atmosphere, just be yourself and share experiences. The interview was done in about 30 minutes. I didnt feel under pressure. I felt at home. Great experience overall.
