Interview
The interview process was typical for a management position. Insperity does the recruiting an vetting of employees. There were typical questions about my background and skills. Next I had a phone interview with the manager of sales and finally a skype interview the CEO. Again there were typical questions about my experience and how I would handle situations with clients specifically about implementing the program.
