Multi stage interview consisting of screen, hiring manager and multiple panels. Relatively standard but a lot of questions around the role and situational scenarios on how projects and leadership should be conducted

Question 1
Describe a time you encountered a difficult team member and how did you approach it
I had one informal phone interview and one Zoom interview with four people. I never heard from them after the Zoom and got no responses to follow-up emails. Overall not a great experience.

Question 1
Are you comfortable traveling often for work, specifically driving around areas with Walgreens stores to assist with market planning?
initial screening call with recruiter, 1-1 video interview with manager on team (about your experience/background), final round is a panel interview (first 30-min are with 2 people (asking you questions about yourself), you present your deck for 10 min, then 10 min q&a, then final 30 min interview with other 2 panelists.

Question 1
What is one project/task you completed that you feel most proud of?
Behavioral questions and you go through recruiter screen, first round, and final round is a “surprise” case give 24 hours before. Seems like they’re screening more to see how you handle pressure and large workload rather than quality and skill. Also I was told not to spend “more than 1-2 hours” on it which was unrealistic given the case (in my opinion). To each their own, just wasn’t a fit for me.
