Interview
Online application. You must then finish remaining application in store on computer. Basic test of what would you do scenarios, cash handling questions, and availability. Once called back for an interview you have a sit down conversation with the store manager sharing experience and answering a few basic interview questions.
Interview was 20 minutes and asked basic questions. Interviewer was very friendly and welcoming. They bring you into the office and ask all the basics. They ask about past jobs and why you want to work there.

Interview
I met with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager of the store, it was a typical interview. They asked about my work experience and my availability. There was also a drug test offsite (urine).
Quick and basic questions. Nothing extreme hired on the spot and started the following week. Very nice manager who interviewed. Wanted my history & work experience. Usually I’m pretty anxious during interviews but not this one.
