Applied online. Got a call within a few days for an interview. When I sat down to do the interview, it was straight forward questions, such as, "Give us an example when you had to go above and beyond expectations in work or school", and, "Give us an example when you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you go about resolving the issue."

What is your primary weakness, and how do you make that weakness into a strength?
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

Asked questions about communication, examples of challenges.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
