I applied online, and then went to a local store the next day to complete the skills test. That store wasn't hiring, so I went to another store -- they weren't hiring either. Finally, I went to the Walgreens closest to my house and spoke to an Asst. Manager -- he said they were hiring and would look me up in their database. They were hosting interviews in the next few days. The day after I got a call to schedule an interview and it was set up for the next morning. I went to the interview and passed with flying colors. The interview was scripted and had 5 questions. He also asked one question that was not scripted -- it was asking about what would you do if a coworker was stealing. I replied that I would report it to the manager ASAP. He was surprised because a lot of people didn't say that, but it was the correct answer. I was hired on the spot because of the interview (despite it being my first one) and prior experience with photography / art outside of a job. They gave me a drug test form at the end.

Very relaxed and comfortable. They were very open to questions I had and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. The store manage was very understanding with my School schedule. Everyone was very nice and helpful and patient
