Online testing, CV and standard form, then asked to interview - usual retail experience, interview was focussed on-the-spot skills rather than past experience which was good. Overall the process was fair and assessed most retail skills and heard back from the recruitment manager about a week after the interview.

the interview process was great. it was straight forward and compliant. i learned a lot during this process including retail environment and expectations. i would recommend going for a retail job here
