I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walden Security (Knoxville, TN) in Apr 2012
Interview
Basically the interview goes...
"need a job?"
yes
"ok go here tomorrow well take $300 out of your next 3 paychecks to compensate for licensing, management, and uniforms"
I truly enjoyed learning more about the team and the company's vision. The conversation was engaging and informative, leaving a positive impression. I especially appreciated the opportunity to discuss my skills and experience. Thank you for your time and consideration throughout this process. I am very enthusiastic about the possibility of joining your organization.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walden Security
Interview
The interview was really pathetic now that I look back. In a nutshell, if it sounds to good to be true it usually isn't. The interviewer doubtfully, had a h/s diploma, bad grammar. She asked if she could "Axe me a question". Little did I know, this was the beginning of humiliation. I am so ashamed of being affiliated with this company.
