It was an online interview, questions were asked. The hiring manager asked some questions. Next stage was to do a task putting things that are important to least important.
Started online with generic questionnaires. Group interviews initially which included ice breakers. The secondary individual interview was around 20 minutes long and professional.
I recieved an email of confirmation of job within a week.

Group Interview - team building scenario (customer queries etc)
Phone call - Offer was negotiated with which hours were available and uniform sizes etc
