Interview
It took a few hours to do the initial application for the job role because there’s about three different stages. I got emailed that I had been chosen to come in for a group interview and was given the option to pick a time and date. When I went there the manager took me to the room which was quite cold seeing as I’d just come from outside which was around one degree. She herself didn’t interview me. She just watched whilst someone else did and took notes. The interview was quite stiff but it was okay. It took about 30 minutes. I later asked as he showed me out why there was no group interview. Turns out that only two people chose the same day as me - me and someone else. The other person didn’t turn up. I said goodbye, happy I had prepared more for a one to one interview. About a week later I recieved a feedback email.
Very calm environment which made it a comfortable interview. The manager I interviewed with was very polite and explained everything well. The questions were easy to understand and the tasks I needed to perform were very interactive.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you experienced difficulties and how did you overcome this?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waitrose (London, England) in Jul 2023
Interview
It was a Microsoft Teams interview. The woman looked like she just rolled out of bed, and proceeded to not ask me anything about my prior work experience. Every question was read from a list and was extremely corporate. Other than the first question where they ask how you get along with your co-workers, every question was about customer service, nothing more. No interest was taken in the actual person they were hiring.

Interview
Applied online. Quite long screener questions - would reserve 20 minutes to an hour to complete correctly. Received invitation for virtual interview within 3 weeks. Really relaxed and comfortable interview 1:1 just on the phone and an overall positive experience. Awaiting feedback on the interview - should take a week.
