It was a group interview/assessment where we were given scenarios and watched as we discussed approaches to take (they value hearing out of the box/pragmatic thinking and watch how you interact and listen to others), followed by short one on one interview with the typical why work for us etc and discussion about the group task.

I was welcomed at the front desk and then taken upstairs for a group interview. It was a bit of a wait but eventually the partner coordinater invited us (group of 4 ) into a room. We had to read some papers about health and safety and write the most important and a way of communicating this to others. The interview concluded with asking our availability. I passed this interview and was invited to a second interview with my initial line manager. She asked me a series of questions about my long term plans and who is responsible for what at home.
