There were around 15 people in my interview we filled in a basic form about ourselves and when we could work,we were split into 2 groups for a team building exercise when had a one on one interview, with some general interview questions as well as some more personal ones. I was told I should hear back from them within two weeks, but was called back within 2 days and offered a job. It was a bit of a shock tbh, I'd done some research about waitrose and looked at interview help websites and other people's experiences. I think asking questions about the role and waitrose really helped me out, the lady who interviewed me gave me a lot of information and tips about working there, I didn't ask about holidays and time off because it I don't think she would have been very impressed with that.
