Interview
Arrived at the location. One of the servers asked me to sit and a manager would be with me shortly. After about 5 minutes the manager comes out. We conduct a very basic interview. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going on vacation for two weeks, and that I should come in the next day for initial training. So, I did 7 hours of labor and never hear from the manager again. It was expected seeing the circumstances.

The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
