Interview
Very easy and quick process. Manager asked me to introduce myself and asked why I wanted to work for Waffle House. I was also asked to explain a bad experience and how I handled the situation. I was then given a run down as to what would take place as a server for them and asked me how soon would I be available for training. Basically hired on the spot.
You go online and fill out the application then set up a time for an interview. Once selected they sent you a text with confirmation of your interview date and time . The interview is done inside the diner either at a booth or table , they do not do it in a back room or private setting so the outside commotion can be distracting,

Interview
Very easy. Felt like I was talking to a friend. He never made me feel nervous or pressured! He explained what he was looking for. And what the company was looking for in an employee. He went over the menu and answered all of my questions for me even ones I thought he might find stupid.
