The interview was very quick and simple . The application was more complicated . You fill out a mini application then you have to call a number to see if you pre-quilify for the job. I didn't get ask many questions at the interview and I got hired on spot.
I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

Interview
The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
