My interview process was a bit different than the normal process. I came in and sat down with the Unit Manager and the Hiring Recruitment Manager and they asked a few questions. I was instantly taken into the back and put into orientation
The interview was very easy, with paid training following. Applied with a QR code, scheduled the interview myself, and was in and out of the interview in about five minutes, maybe less.
very quick and easy. got hired on the spot. the manager was nice. started working the same week. easy questions asked. background and other information. didn't feel too professional or too unorganized
