I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waddell & Reed (Madison, WI) in Apr 2016
Interview
3 meetings escalating in difficulty and pressure. The territory manager was present in the second and third interview. They ask a lot of easy questions to get you talking and make sure you are someone that is easy to talk to and relatable because this skill is needed in financial planning. They care more about how you act than the content of your response to questions.
