Received an interview invite a couple of weeks after I applied. Once the interview was scheduled. I’ll say that I didn’t get much from the interview about the job since it was so straight forward. Nicely structured. Pretty organized. I wish that it wasn’t so drawn out.

One interview over the phone with a recruiter, lasted about 10 minutes with simple expected job questions, it took about a month to hear back about the job offer. Only one stage as the recruiter is the one who makes the decision
Very knowledgeable about Wachovia and what they expect you to do. Interview questions was asked to see if you were a fit for the company. A nice atmosphere and the interviewer was pleasant, nice and easy going The interview was not to long.
