Interview
Began with telephone interview where I the HR representative inquired about my work history and experience. After that, I was called in for a one on one interview with a branch manager. The interview was quick and straight-forward; the interviewing manager asked about what I thought good customer service was, how I handled stress, and where I wanted to be in the company long-term. The only confusion was that the interview took place in a location not relevant to the position.
