I started with an introduction call, followed by a second call with the extended team, leading to a 1:1 with the hiring manager. It was a very pleasant experience. The time was spent on understanding fit, interest in the role, and how I had worked with teams. The interviews were based on thoughtful questions with context which I found as a welcome change to how most interview processes function.
