I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online. I filled a general questionnaire and then a couple of questions, similar to a cover letter. I did an online test, which I completed succesfully. After that I was invited for the telephone interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First, a few questions just to warm up, nothing serious, then 3 big questions about the why the firm, why the division and some competencies. They always asked a few follow-up questions!

Interview
great, easy going, virtual, friendly,
ask a lot of questions about behavioural questions
cv questions too,
also technical questions about how to invest for endowments and institutions
touch upon recent news about investing too, talks about investment advice in general and how recent tariff affects investment
Three-stage process: screening and tests, virtual interview and assessment centre. Basic questions in the virtual interview - typical competency and motivation. The assessment centre was motivation, competency, presentation and group work. Feedback was poor from the assessment centre.

Question 1
Q: Why WTW? Q: When did you solve an issue with a colleague?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WTW in Dec 2022
Interview
I applied online and received the invitation to an assessment and video interview directly. The exam was not challenging and the questions were not hard either. I finished my assessment and video interview confidently and received a rejection letter indicate although my skills and capabilities are of interest, they decided not to progress with my application. Definitely suggest not wasting your time with them.
