I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WTW (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2013
Interview
Series of interviews with consultants, and lunch with analysts. I had 4 real interviews where 2 people used traditional interview questions and 2 people used nontraditional methods. We talked a lot about baseball ( which makes sense when you are in Saint Louis ). The nontraditional interview process was more conversational and was great. It really gives you a chance to learn more about the job and company.

Did a HireVue, but didn't get a response back yet. Had about 2 minutes to respond to each question. I only had 1 attempt which was stressful. If I were to do it again, I would practice in a mirror.
