Applied thru agency, talked to agency about experience and took a test. Phone interview with a manager at tower watson and then a face to face interview.
Majority of the paperwork was done online which made the process quick. Everyone from the agency to tower watson was great and easy going.

Question 1
Tell me about your customer service experience and related skills.
2 interviews. One with HR Rep and 2nd with a hiring manager. Overall great experience. Several situational questions. Process was fairly quick. Both people I interviewed with were really helpful, friendly, and easy to interview with.
Only three interviews all together. It was clear why I wasn’t selected but seems like a decent company that still allows WFH. I met with someone over the phone then transitioned to zoom interviews. Meeting with two people at a time from the team.
Applied online and was shortlisted.
Followed up by a telephone interview. The process was very smooth and didn’t take long for them to get back.
I was giving more interviews around same time
So I accepted another offer.
