Interview
I applied online with my resume and received an invitation for a one-way interview a few hours later. The one-way interview had 5 questions, and afterward I completed 3 game-based assessments. I was informed that AI would assess my results and I received a summary about an hour later. About a week later, I was invited to attend a meet and greet and interviews at a preselected time. The recruiter did not ask my availability, and I assume that the interviews would have been group interviews, which felt like a waste of my time. After I accepted another offer, I withdrew my application.

Q: Talk about a time in which you had to balance multiple conflicting interests.
The interview process was on Teams. The whole process is with some basic interviews questions by asking past experiences and some behaviours questions with two actuaries. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.
It was a Hirevue interview where they asked about 7 questions. After that, there were Hirevue two games that involved mental math and spatial recognition with different, spinning shapes. The Hirevue interview link came after applying about 5 minutes ago with my resume.
