      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Jan 2019

      Interview

Had to do a video interview first. then two weeks later I got a call asking to come to an Assessment Centre. There were 4 grads and 4 interns at the AC. I was put in the intern group, had 4 one to one interviews and one group exercise I was made to feel at ease the whole time, I was nervous for the group exercise as it was first. But the staff are lovely and I literally got to ask endless questions

      Question 1

What does inclusion and diversity mean to you?

      Application

      I interviewed at WTW

      Interview

There were a total of nine behavioral questions and two interactive laptop games. The last behavioral question was written. Each question allowed a minute to prepare. This is the first interview. I believe there are more.
