      US Based Corporate Position Interview

      I interviewed at WTW

      Interview

Explained in the phone screen what my salary requirements were , which were below theirs. I also explained in the screen that I had another opportunity so not to waste anyone's time. I was informed the team still wanted me to come in for an onsite, so I did; only to realize in the onsite that what they were looking for in a candidate was not only unrealistic but was a result of them not knowing what they are doing in a certain area. It was apparent the international dynamic would also be a challenge for US personnel in that role and on that team, especially when international decision makers come in trying to make their mark. In all, it was a complete waste of my time.
