Extremely long interview process. Atleast 4 levels of management so far, and its still not over. Each interviewer seems to be asking the same questions as the previous! Anyone else having this problem?

Interview
Very clear communication, quick responses, realistic timeframes and engagements. Recruiter was helpful and supportive. Ultimately the package was well represented. It was refreshing to discuss early on the package value and suitability to the position and market, without feeling the recruitment team were looking to present huge numbers of CVs.

Interview
Mainly questions about personality, 1-2 questions about the understanding of the industry. Some questions about individual e.g. What do you know about our company. Why do you want to join us.
Interview process has been good so far. Everyone is nice. There is a good dialogue. There is good follow up. I hope I get an offer. WTW seem like a good company so far
