I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at WTW
Interview
The interview process took 4+ months and during this entire time I didn't have a single phone discussion or meeting. The interview process has lost human touch completely and it is painful and least expected from a global and reputed organization like Willis towers watson. I applied more than 3 months ago and after 1.5 months of my application I received an email from someone taking care of global recruitment in India that my profile is shortlisted and they will be reviewing my qualifications with other candidates. Then, 20 days later I receive another email stating that I have made it to the next round and will be contacted soon for the interview process. Two weeks later I receive another email about a video interview being sent to me which I am expected to complete within a week's time. It's good to leverage technology but very bad to leave the human element off human resources. I complete the video and submit it now, waiting for a phone call or a meeting and after over a month I receive an email that I have not been shortlisted for the process further. I have absolutely no regrets of not being shortlisted as I had myself lost interest in the job by not having any human touch or interaction at any point in 4 months. Isn't it natural to lose interest and excitement in a elongated process that is missing the human element completely. This is an experience in India while I'm not sure the same is being replicated in other parts of the world.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Hong Kong) in Apr 2024
Interview
Interview lasted for an hour. Personnel whom I interviewed with was really amicable and described the job responsibilities in detail. Questions were not too hard considering the role and responsibilities.
Slow and ghosting. Took 3 weeks for the recruiter to get back to me after the initial screening interview. He emailed me to say to expect two panel interviews, but crickets. I’ve moved on.

I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
It was one of the hardest interview I have seen so far. They are really pushing, even though it is a competency-based interview, they really ask me to the bottom of everything, even though I think I gave good answers.
