Got a phone call asking for an interview a week after applying. They described the position and set a time for an interview. Interviewed a week later with 5 people. Took 2 weeks for a response. The whole process took 3 weeks.

Interview process is quite easy, just chatting around with the interviewer. The interviewer will also question on your career targets and which path do you wan to go on. Overall is a happy interview not much stress was given
