Invited to an assessment centre at their main office in Birmingham. Started with a presentation about the company following an ice breaker to get to know the other candidates before moving onto a group activity/discussion which we would present to the hiring team. Next was the interview which was quite calm and relaxing, it did not feel like a traditional interview where they would just bombard you with questions and it felt more like a conversation/discussion about different aspects of engineering and obviously your personal character traits.
