Got an employee referral, went in for my interview. It was pretty easy, got a mock test on some of the things i'll be working on (Excel spread sheet, reconciling rosters, e.t.c) and i passed. That was it! Advice: if you are not a attention to detail type do not apply...the JOB requires a lot of attention! You can't afford to miss any information/detail.
