WSFS Financial IT Operations & Production Support Engineer interview questions

Started by introducing myself. Hiring manager cut me off often in middle of conversation to move interview along. Found him truly undermining my skills and experience, telling me I need certificates. 25 years experience with no certs and I am still successful. Wouldn't work for him even if I was hired, I am from a global IT contribution to WSFS 2K employees. I don't need to fix anything.
