the interview process for an entry level analyst role consisted of 3 rounds for me: recruiter screening, director level interview, manager level interview. it was pretty conversational, there wasn't much technical stuff to get into since it's an entry level position, but one thing i recommend is to come in with a portfolio and be able to explain your projects. that helps A LOT
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself, how did you analyze xyz thing on your project
Screening call, then a 30 minute behavioural interview followed by a final in office interview. No task, just discussion, fairly informal interviews with discussion and explanation for questions asked and they welcomed questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at WPP Media (Brussels) in Mar 2026
Interview
Meeting at the office with the manager. Focus on who you are as a person, why this vacancy, why you would be a good fit, and what interests you personally. We talked a lot about job experiences that could be relevant to this position. In my opinion, a good interview. They would see other candidates and give me feedback. Even after reminders, I still do not have response after a month. Interview was a positive experience, the follow-up was not.
