I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WPA
Interview
There were online tests that I did at a recruitment agency. I can't remember specifically what they were but they were quite easy nothing to worry about too much.
The interview was very intense. First of all you get shown around the offices, try to remember some of what is said to you because you may be questioned on it in the interview. The actual interview is just you against a panel of managers. They really grill you and depending on who you get they will look either bored or disapproving. I didn't get asked this but some people got asked about the NHS reforms that had been in the news recently which is tricky. Other questions are usually example based questions so try to have some ready such as an example of when you demonstrated good customer service.

Question 1
What is your opinion of the NHS reforms in the news recently and how may this affect private medical insurance?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WPA (Taunton, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
Nice and welcoming, sat in the well furnished waiting area before being called to speak to my two interviewers. The nature of the interview was nice and relaxed, friendly and open environment, conversational.
