WM Customer Service Representative 1 interview questions

Indeed had an virtual hiring event and I scheduled an interview. I didnt get a chance to interview as schedule because they over booked. I called an scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was just a brief understanding about the position. The 2nd interview was scheduled about 2 weeks later. The virtual interview was very formal and impersonal. I didnt get a chance to tell them about my personal work history, which is in finance and not dealing with garbage. Im over qualified and Im no longer interested. The role play was unnecessary and a waste of time. I didnt like the interviewers.
