Applied via Indeed. Job Advertised with location in Dublin. Got Invite for an interview call with recruiter. An hour before call got an email if I have a visa for employment in US . Respond that need a Visa for US employment as EU citizen. 2 minutes later got a bounce back that my IP got blacklisted on the exchange as per user request. Turned out that it was a US job and simple email about mixed-up would do the job and not blocking potential candidate from sending an email. If company is blocking potential employees before even starting job imagine what will be after....
