Interview
Interview was scheduled in person with the owner of the company. He immediately started the interview by jumping into my resume and asking me about my experience and code related questions. He did not ask any personal questions or try to get to know me better as a person. We talked for about 20 minutes then he had me complete a CAD test with the head of IT in the conference room for 20 minutes. At the conclusion of the test he told the head of IT that he was done with the interview and said I could leave. Didn't say a formal goodbye or have a conclusion to the interview. It felt very impersonal.

Interview
Only one person conducted the interview process, who is the owner of the company. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with more of a conversation than technical questions. He gave me a tour of the office.

Interview
Comfortable interview process. No stress. More like a conversation. The principal of the firm interviewed me himself. Personable gentleman. I enjoyed speaking with him during the interview and after I was hired he and I would chat often. I enjoyed the interview very much and came away with a good feeling about the firm and that we were a match.
