The interview process included a phone screen with a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, a group interview presentation, and a cross-department interview. The questions in the cross-department interview were hyperspecific to the company yet vague and poorly articulated. After investing significant time across four interviews, including preparing and delivering a presentation, I was ghosted. Despite following up with both the recruiter and the hiring manager, I received no response. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate—interviewees beware.
