WE ACT for Environmental Justice interview questions

The first was a phone interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes. They said they would get back to me about next steps in two weeks. They responded in time and sent a kind note that I would not be moving forward. Overall, I appreciated the transparency and speed of the process.

Extremely uncomfortable, disrespectful interview with two high-level members of the org. Was gaslit in terms of the actual job posted vs the job they expected the person in this role to perform. The relationship between the two interviewers was clearly strained. I was questioned as to whether I'd lied about certain aspects of my resume for no apparent reason. I would not apply to work at or work with this organization again, and I'd advise anyone who values kindness and respect in the workplace to steer clear.
