Interview
HR initially asked for my availability for a phone interview, and I responded the same day. I didn’t hear back for a week. Then I was asked again for availability for the next day at the end of the day 6PM. I replied immediately and also gave additional availability the following week just in case.
After that, I received no response yet angain and was later rejected without ever interviewing. I ended up accepting another offer during this time anyway so it’s okay but overall the process felt disorganized and lacked basic communication.

Furthermore, I was informed that the interview will encompass an in-depth exploration of the technical projects elucidated within my resume.
