Step 2: The Leadership/Panel Chat. You may meet with a Senior Leader or an Architect from Head Office. They want to ensure your technical skills are standard across the whole company, not just your specific team.
Step 3: The Culture/Values Check. Even internally, they will ask how you align with their core values (Truthfulness, Fairness, Value, and Loyalty).
