      Digital Marketing Manager Interview

      27 Mar 2021

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WCIRB

      Interview

The process lasted more than 2 months (could have lasted more if I didn't request for a final update...) and the company kept posting the job while I was going through the round of interviews - 4 total -, which made me believe they were not looking to hire in the near term and/or they were not very interested in my candidacy. I put a lot of effort and time into individual follow-ups, and after 2 months just got a laconic message from the HR director: "We have decided not to move forward with your application." It would have been preferable and thoughtful if the company could have first collected all applications and performed the round of interviews over a shorter period of time.
