Brief phone interview was primarily to find out why I was interested in working in television and what experience (if any) I had in the industry.
An in-person interview was next where they walked you through the studio and control room. They had you sit with folks on the production team and allowed both sides to ask questions.

Professional. The company does go over employees background checks thoroughly. The company was eager to fill position though I was told that the position had been vacated and left unfilled for several years. Interesting that HR after I was hired and on first day noticed my enthusiasm to start work and said, "that will change."
